Role Summary
Responsible for operating and monitoring cutting machines in the AAC Blocks manufacturing process to ensure accurate cutting, product quality, smooth production flow, and safe equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cutting machines as per production requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accurate cutting of AAC blocks and maintain required product dimensions.
- Monitor machine settings, cutting wires, and equipment performance during operations.
- Identify and report machine breakdowns, cutting defects, and process abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness, production records, and workplace housekeeping.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Experience & Industry Background
- 1–6 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
- Experience in AAC Blocks, concrete products, precast, or building-material manufacturing preferred.
